Hidden beneath Bourke Street, DOLLY is Le Meridien Melbourne’s subterranean European restaurant and late-night cocktail bar, where polished dining meets the energy of a live room.
The Grand Jazz Dinner Show is the venue’s signature after-dark event, bringing together an electrifying five-piece performance by The Night Creatures with a four-course dinner and matched wines.
Across the evening, the room shifts effortlessly between supper club and jazz salon. Music fills the space as each course arrives, glasses are poured and the atmosphere builds from the opening set to the final note.
The dining experience is led by Bordeaux-born, Michelin-trained Executive Chef Hervé Borghini. His four-course Signature Menu draws on classic European technique, with DOLLY favourites such as Steak Frites and Creme Brulee woven into the night.
More than a concert and more than dinner, The Grand Jazz Dinner Show is designed as a complete Melbourne night out: intimate, theatrical and distinctly underground.
Following the sell-out response to previous editions, the event is expected to draw a full room once again. Early bookings are strongly recommended.
