Yarraman Festival

Tucked into the rolling hills of Queensland’s Toowoomba Region, about two hours from Brisbane, Yarraman is the kind of town where the pace slows right down and the air smells like fresh-cut timber and open paddocks. 
On Saturday 1 August, this little country town throws open its gates for the Yarraman Festival, a free, family-friendly and pet friendly day out at Yarraman Station Park.
Bring the whole family, furry friends included, for a free petting zoo, free face painting, free puppy cuddles, live music from The Dreamers, axe throwing, food trucks, market stalls and family fun activities all day long.
Yarraman has plenty to explore before or after the festival, from state forests and scenic drives to the town’s famous carved timber heads. Pack the car, bring the kids and the dog, and come see what a proper country day out looks like!
