Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks

Celebrate the 21st Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge at State Library Victoria as you reimagine beloved fairytales and classic stories at a writing workshop.

Children and carers are invited to take well-known tales, play with the story elements and make them their own. Together, they will make their very own story zine.

There are seperate workshops for children aged five to eight years, and nine to 12 years. Please check the State Library of Victoria website for details and dates for each age group. Please note, a parent or carer must attend this event for the entire duration with their child/children.

This event is funded by the Department of Education Victoria to celebrate the 21st Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge.
