Rotary Gourmet in Gundy

Rotary Gourmet in Gundy is a weekend of vibrant celebration of food, community and country hospitality held each September in Goondiwindi, on the Queensland – New South Wales border.
The weekend begins on Friday evening with Glam at Gourmet, a stylish cocktail event celebrating regional fashion, local creativity and the unique character of the Goondiwindi community. Join the auction to have Alastair McLeod cater a 3-course dinner for 10 people on Saturday evening. 
On Saturday, join a culinary masterclass with local chef Aiden Kearney, offering food lovers the chance to gain inspiration, learn new techniques and experience the flavours of the region. 
The highlight of the weekend arrives on Sunday with Gourmet in Gundy, a lively family day at the Goondiwindi Waggamba Community Cultural Centre. From 10am the grounds come alive with live music, food vendors, market stalls, craft spirits, wines and the popular local BBQ cookoff challenge. Families can relax on the lawns while children enjoy dedicated entertainment and activities throughout the day. 
More than a food festival, Rotary Gourmet in Gundy celebrates the character of regional Australia. Visitors experience the warmth of a close-knit community, discover local produce and talent, and enjoy a relaxed weekend that blends country hospitality with culinary flair.
