Parkes Antique Motor Museum

Located within the Henry Parkes Centre precinct, alongside the renowned Kings Castle Elvis Museum, the Parkes Motor Museum showcases an outstanding collection of historic vehicles and motoring memorabilia celebrating Australia’s rich automotive heritage.
The museum features a rotating display of up to 24 cars, 12 motorcycles, and a fascinating collection of motoring artefacts spanning more than a century of transport history. The collection is proudly curated by the Parkes Antique Motor Club, with vehicles owned by club members or generously loaned from private collections.
Highlights include the rare 1908 NAG Puck, donated by the Robens family, a 1914 Alldays and Onions—one of only three known examples in Australia – a beautifully restored 1940 Holden-bodied Oldsmobile Convertible, and a 1986 Jaguar XJ6 Paris Motor Show display car on loan from Coventry, UK.
During peak periods, knowledgeable Parkes Antique Motor Club members are on hand to share stories behind the collection, while pre-booked groups can enjoy informative guided presentations that bring the history of these remarkable vehicles to life.
