Located in Inglewood, Victoria (home of the “Blue Mallee” Eucalyptus), the Eucy museum offers visitors a glimpse into an industry that dates back to the mid-1800s. The museum is located on the site of a heritage listed Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Oil Distillery on the Calder Highway know as “The Old Jone’s Distillery”.

The museum boasts a growing collection of objects that includes original blue mallee eucalyptus oil bottles, handmade eucalyptus cutting tools, old photographs, artworks and other industry paraphernalia, some of which dates back to the 1800s.

The retail store stocks locally produced blue mallee eucalyptus oil, cleaning and laundry products and handmade goods by local maker “eucyblue” such as candles, reed diffusers,, lip balm, hand lotion, bath salts, bar soap and liquid soap all scented with pure essential oils and made with natural ingredients.

The cafe currently offers coffee from a state of the art Italian espresso machine, teas including lemon myrtle, raspberry leaf and peppermint and snacks such as native Australian shortbread made with lemon myrtle.

They invite you to experience this unique museum only two hours from Melbourne and 35 minutes from Bendigo.
