The Vandenberg Hotel is one of the longest standing and continually licensed hotels in NSW.
The “Van” – built by Dutch immigrants, the Vandenberg family, in the late 1800’s – was then known as The Courthouse Hotel and was often referred to as having “the most comfortable accommodation west of the mountains”.
The Hotel offers 12 pub-style rooms that will make you feel right at home. Most rooms lead to the fantastic veranda, the very same from which Sir Henry Parkes addressed the town and his followers, and overlooks the picturesque Victoria Park, and some of Forbes’ finest heritage buildings.
