Balloon Spectacular at The Little Burley Markets

Canberra’s skies will come alive in spectacular fashion this March, as a vibrant display of hot air balloons floats above the city, creating one of the most breathtaking sights of the year.
To celebrate the balloon launches, The Little Burley Market will host two special sunrise market editions.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Burley Griffin, the markets will offer a curated selection of gourmet breakfast bites, freshly brewed coffee, artisan produce and handcrafted goods,  ideal for a relaxed morning stroll by the water after that early alarm.
Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the balloon launch from Patrick White Lawns from 6:00am, before heading across to Queen Elizabeth Terrace to soak up the atmosphere, grab some hot coffee and breakfast, and browse local market stalls.
